Bergen County Sports Zone (BCSZ), located at 370 Franklin Turnpike. Mahwah NJ, offers various services and rental options via our website. It is the users responsibility to review all the terms and conditions provided at the time of making an enquiry or booing. Please note that the services offered may have different terms and conditions depending on the service offered. The website may offer pricing information and / or discounted pricing from time to time. Whilst BCSZ makes best efforts to ensure pricing shown is fully accurate at all times, the pricing shown on the website should be considered indicative and in the event of an error or omission on the website in terms of any offer or pricing BCSZ decision shall be final.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & BOOKING POLICIES

All bookings made and paid through this website are considered final and non-refundable. We understand, however, that sometimes plans or preferences can change. If you or your child attend the first training session, class, or club and decide it’s not the right fit, you may request a refund for any remaining unused sessions, classes, or clubs.

To qualify, the refund request must be made in writing within 24 hours of attending the first session. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Bergen County Sports Zone. Requests can be submitted by a hand-delivered letter to our facility or by email to info@bcsportszone.com.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the best experience possible for all of our athletes and families.

PRIVACY / IMAGES / VIDEOS POLICIES

Any information you provide to BCSZ as part of your booking / inquiry is only used to process your order. We do not keep financial information stored and payments are processed by our payment processors in a secure manner. If you opt in to receive updates, promotional or similar communications from us, we may store your data for these purposes. You may request to opt out from these communications at any point. by using the opt out method provided in the communication.

Please be aware the at some Training Sessions, Classes or Clubs which yourself or child attend, images or videos may be taken by the Bergen County Sports Zone (BCSZ) team.

These images / videos may be used for marketing purposes for BCSZ. If you and / or your child do not wish to appear in the video or in pictures, you must let BCSZ know in advance.

Requests for removal / deletion of videos / images after the event must be made in writing to info@bcsportszone.com and we shall make best efforts to do so, in a reasonable time frame, upon notification being received.
